Plenty of development companies have promised to come in and save South Philly. Making the promise to bring businesses, shops and condos that will save the neighborhood. Truth is, they usually come in, build and are never to be seen again.
HRP is different. We get the community because we don’t just build in our communities, we join them. We understand the value of what we bring to the 30 tenants who will one day occupy the space. But most importantly, we understand the value we bring to South Philly and the people that live here.
